Refund Policy
Hoop Kulture Refund & Credit Policy
At Hoop Kulture, we are committed to providing a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation policies:
Session Cancellations by Hoop Kulture
If Hoop Kulture cancels a scheduled session for any reason, the value of that session will be credited back to your account and can be applied toward future scheduled sessions.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations (Training Sessions)
-
Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling, except in the case of a genuine emergency.
-
Only emergencies will be considered for credit after the 24-hour cancellation window. Any last-minute illness must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled session time as a courtesy to our coaching staff and to allow appropriate management of the reserved booking slot. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the loss of any credit consideration.
AAU Refund Eligibility
-
A full refund may be requested and will be issued for any cancellation made before the start date of the program.
-
Participants may request a refund within the first two (2) weeks of the AAU season. Refund requests submitted during this two-week grace period will be eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. After the two-week grace period has ended, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued beyond this point, except in cases of documented emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the program.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a professional and respectful environment for all athletes and families.
