Hoop Kulture Refund & Credit Policy
At Hoop Kulture, we are committed to providing a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined the following refund and cancellation policies:

Session Cancellations by Hoop Kulture
If Hoop Kulture cancels a scheduled session for any reason, the value of that session will be credited back to your account and can be applied toward future scheduled sessions.

Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start of a program.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refunds After Program Begins
Once a program or session has started, no refunds will be issued.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-shows") will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Only medical emergencies or illness will be considered for credit after this window and must be communicated promptly.
